Booty Camp + Yoga is a community project designed to blend the dynamic and the tranquil, creating a holistic approach to health and wellness.

 

The fusion of Booty Camp's intense workout and yoga's calming practice offers participants a comprehensive and enjoyable way to stay fit and balanced.

 

The Booty Camp + Yoga project combines the Yang (strong, fast, dynamic) with the Yin (soft, slow, mellow) elements of fitness.

 

Scott leads the Booty Camp session with a high-energy, 30-minute workout to get hearts racing and sweat pouring. His Quick-Blitz sessions focus on building muscle, burning fat, and releasing feel-good hormones through a series of fun and challenging exercises. 

 

Scott is a boxing and gym instructor. With qualifications that include advanced personal training and a history of coaching White Collar Boxing participants, he has a proven track record of helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Aside from the physical aspect, Scott strongly advocates for active well-being and is passionate about supporting those in recovery. 

Following Scott's invigorating Booty Camp, participants transition into a soothing 60-minute yoga practice led by Kseniya. Her sessions focus on low-intensity, gentle movements that enhance flexibility, condition joints, and promote relaxation through conscious breathing and slow, mindful movement. 

 

Kseniya is a Yoga Alliance-registered instructor dedicated to sharing a slow-flow style of yoga that improves the physical body and helps decompress emotionally and mentally. Her holistic approach incorporates calming breathing techniques and meditation, providing a well-rounded experience that nurtures both body and mind.

 

The rush of joy and happy hormones from Scott's Booty Camp, paired with the serene calm of Kseniya's yoga, creates a powerful synergy that leaves participants feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
